How do I register?
Easy – Simply click on ‘My Account‘ link in the top or bottom menu and you just need to enter your eMail address and password to Login or eMail address and Name to Register!
Do I have to register with KDC PAY?
No – you’re free to use our site without registering. If you like our service, though, registering saves you the hassle of typing out your details each time you want to make a order.
Are there any benefits of registering?
If you like our service, registering has several benefits:
- Save profile information & say goodbye to repetitive typing
- View complete history of all your orders
- Print out invoices at any time for all your orders
What if my password is not recognised?
Check your username (try using your eMail address) and password again. And again. Passwords are case sensitive; make sure your caps lock isn’t on. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘Lost password?‘ link and simply enter your registered eMail address. You will be assigned a new random password via eMail.
What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry: Below the ‘My Account’ link in the top menu you have a sub-link for ‘Lost Password‘ (in case you are not Logged In). Click on it and simply enter your registered eMail address. You will be assigned a new random password via eMail. Once you log back in to your account you can change your password by visiting the ‘Change Password‘ sub-link, under the ‘My Account’ link from top menu (only if you are already logged in).

Click the sub-link ‘Logout‘ under ‘My Account’ link from the top menu and you’ll be logged out.
What payment options does KDC PAY have?
At present we only support – Offline Payments via Wire/Bank Transfer. Although we are in process of aquatic a merchant gateway for accepting online payments.
Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Yes – At the end of your transaction, you are shown a “Purchase/Payment Confirmation” screen. You may print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. You will also receive an order confirmation by eMail which you can retain for your records. For later access, you can simply Login and access your records via sub-link ‘View Order‘ under the ‘My Account’ link from the top menu.
When will my payment be processed?
At present we are only processing Wire/Bank Transfer, thus all payments are processed as per banking business days. It is a good idea to make your payment four to six days to make sure that the payment is received on time. Although we are in process of aquatic a merchant gateway for accepting online payments, after which the payment confirmation shall be with intimidate effect (depending on the mode of payment).
If I've made a mistake, how do I go about getting a refund?
By whom are the Certificate Courses recognised?
The certificates issued are just as a record that you have undergone the said course. The courses are designed with international standards and are a statement that will enable you with a higher chance at procuring jobs as they will be an add-on to your CV.
Are these Certificates - government approved?
We are not affiliated nor attached to any government or educational organisation. Although we are in planning stage to get these courses registered with the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Once this process is initiated/completed, we shall inform our existing users and the general public, via our website www.kdcpay.in
