Refund Policy

For items/products:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 1800 222 333 (extn. 4)or eMail us at mentioning your Order Number. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
  2. All refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.

For service:

  1. If you wish to cancel the service, please inform us within 3 days of placing your request for service, full refund will be given.
  2. If refund request is sent after 3 days, a partial refund will be given based on the days of service used.
  3. No refunds will be given after the service is completely availed.

For Online Courses:

  1. If you decide to cancel your enrollment you can do so anytime till 7 days prior to the start date and your entire fees shall be refunded to you in 30 working days time from the date of intimation to us.
  2. You can cancel the enrollment after starting of the class before 3rd Session of the first course chosen out of all selected courses and we shall refund you 70% of the course fees in 30 working days from date of intimation and retain 30% as penalty.
  3. We regret we shall not be able to make any refunds to you whether or not you have attended those sessions from 3rd Session onwards.


All requests are at the sole discreation of KDC PAY, without any obligations and limitations.
